How to have a healthy gut: 30 different plants a week.

The biggest myth about the gut is that you need to have a restrictive diet to look after it. Looking after your gut and overall health is all about inclusivity, moderation and getting plenty of plant diversity - aiming for 30 different plant-based foods a week. The more the merrier!

Each different plant food contains different fibres & chemicals that feed different bacteria. And having more diverse bacteria is linked to better long-term health.
