- First, pit the dates and soak them in hot water for 10 minutes if they are hard.
- Peel and remove the stone from the avocados.
- Put the dates, avocado, cacao powder, almond milk, and vanilla extract into a food processor and blitz until all combined.
- Set in the fridge for 2 hours.
- To serve top with natural yoghurt, fresh raspberries, dark chocolate and Raspberry & Beetroot Gut-Loving Granola - enjoy!
