Gut-Loving Date Magnums
A chewy date centre, covered in creamy kefir yoghurt and dipped in rich dark choc and crunchy granola...the perfect summer treat?

Ingredients
Filling
1 pot of Bio&Me Vanilla Kefir
1 ripe banana
100g peanut/mixed nut butter
3 soft stoned medjool dates
Pinch of sea salt
6-8 stoned medjool dates stoned and cut open down one side.
To Coat
Bio&Me Low Sugar granola
200g 70% Dark Chocolate
1 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil

STEP 1
In a blender add all the filling ingredients except the 6 dates and blend until smooth.
STEP 2
Take a date and wrap around the lolly stick and place one in each mould.
STEP 3
Now divide the filling into each mould and place in the freezer to freeze.
STEP 4
When they are frozen you can melt the chocolate and oil together in a small bowl over a a pan of just simmering water. Pour the chocolate into a tall container that the lollies will fit into when dipped.
STEP 5
Remove each lolly from its mould, dip into the chocolate and then sprinkle over some granola. Alternatively dip into granola first then the chocolate.
STEP 6
Place on a lined baking tray and pop them back into the freezer.
