





Pistachio Kefir Bites

Ingredients
1 pot of Bio&Me Vanilla Kefir
150g pistachios
6 dates
½ tsp almond extract (optional)
Bio&Me Low sugar Granola & extra pistachio to finish

STEP 1
In a high speed blender or using a stick blender, blend all the ingredients except the granola and extra pistachio nuts, until silky smooth.
STEP 2
Add tbs of granola to the bottom of silicone or paper muffin cases, along with a few pistachios’ nuts.
STEP 3
Divide the pistachio kefir mix between each muffin case and place in the freezer to set. This will take a good few hours.
STEP 4
Once set, remove from the silicone moulds if using and store in a freezer bag for up to 3 months.
