Blueberry Banana Sushi
A quick, easy, and fun twist on snacking, this banana sushi is a hit with kids and adults alike!

Serves: 1-2 Prep: 10 minutes | Cook: 10 mins
Ingredients
2tbs of nut butter or 25g dark chocolate
2 bananas
Small handful of Bio&Me Blueberry Granola
Dipping/Coating Options:
60ml Bio&Me Kefir
40g dark choc melted
60ml nut butter
Fresh berries

Method
STEP 1
Coat bananas across the top or all over and dip into or sprinkle on granola. Chill in the freezer for 10 mins.
STEP 2
Prepare any dips! Either melted chocolate if you coated your bananas in nut butter, or nut butter if you coated bananas in chocolate. Kefir is also a delicious dipping option!
STEP 3
Remove from the freezer, slice and plate up alongside your dips and berries.
