Best gluten free cereal.
As someone with Hashimoto's i was looking for clean and gluten free and that really tastes good!
This cereal helps with fibre and stimulates healthy bowels without gluten and bloating. I add berries and Greek yoghurt sometimes banana and brazil nuts for selenium. Really enjoy my breakfasts now. Tried this at a wellness fair and then ordered bulk packs for a great price. Porridge is good too!

Good start to the day in every way
Complements the Zoe app by being a really high scoring breakfast cereal for gut health. Not only that it gives the sweet taste I enjoy in the morning without the processed stuff you get on other cereal. Great with oat milk. Have recommended to many.
