It's a great start to the day!
I found this cereal when looking for foods that would be good for my gut. This ticks that box, but is also tasty. I tend to add cinnamon and honey, and mix with Greek yogurt or coconut milk. It's a great start to the day! So much more convenient to order in bulk directly from Bio & Me too.

Yummy breakfast, without the sugar!
