High Fibre Fruity Kefir Smoothie
A delicious and easy way to add an extra 10g fibre to your daily smoothie!

Bio&Me overnight oats +4g
Chia seeds +5g
Mixed berries +2g
Banana +1.5g

Ingredients
Plain kefir: 150g (or regular yog or milk of choice)
Banana: 1 large, frozen, or fresh
Strawberries: 100g, fresh or frozen
Mixed berries: 80g frozen mixed summer berries
Bio&Me Coconut & Raspberry Overnight Oats: 45g
Chia seeds: 15g
Medjool date: 1, pitted

STEP 1 - Prep fruit (if needed)
If using fresh strawberries and a fresh banana, freeze for at least 2 hours first. Frozen fruit works straight from the freezer.
STEP 2 - Blitz the oats
Add the Bio&Me Overnight Oats to the blender and pulse a few times to break them down. This prevents lumps.
STEP 3 - Blend everything
Add the kefir, banana, strawberries, mixed berries, chia seeds, and date. Blend on high for 60 seconds until completely smooth.
STEP 4 - Taste & adjust
Too thick? Add a splash more kefir. Not sweet enough? Add another date. Blend 10 more seconds.
STEP 5 - Serve
Drink immediately for maximum gut benefit from the kefir.
