Cocoa Granola Nests

Ingredients
1 box Bio&Me Cocoa & Hazelnut Granola
½ cup nut butter
3 tbs coconut oil
12 medjool dates
To serve
Nut butter
Mini dark choc eggs
Berries and fruits of choice

STEP 1
Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. In a food processor blitz the granola to a rough crumb. Add in the coconut oil and dates and blend again. Follow this with the nut butter and blend until a rough crumble dough has formed.
STEP 2
Divide between 12 muffin cases and push down the middle and sides to form cups. Place in the pre heated oven for 10mins to firm up.
STEP 3
Allow to cool completely in the tins until ready to serve and then fill with a mix of kefir or nut butters and top with berries and mini eggs for an Easter twist 🐣
