Gut-Loving Brownie Bites

Ingredients
Base
350g Bio&Me Cocoa & Hazelnut Granola
200g pitted medjool dates
125g tahini or nut butter
40g cocoa powder
Splash of water if needed
Frosting
40g Tahini/nut butter
40g Coconut oil
2 ripe bananas
30g Cocoa powder
2tbs raw honey (optional)
Pinch of sea salt

STEP 1
In a food processor add all the base ingredients except the water, process until you can clump the dough between your fingers and it’s a little sticky. If this is not happening add a splash or two of water to help it along.
STEP 2
Once the dough is ready, divide equally between silicone or paper muffin cups. Place in the fridge or freezer to firm up whilst you make the frosting.
STEP 3
In a food processor or using a stick blender, blend all the frosting ingredients together until smooth. Taste for sweetness adding a little raw honey if desired.
STEP 4
Remove the brownie bases from the freezer and divide the frosting between each one. Top with a little sprinkle of mixed seeds, extra granola and/or freeze-dried berries.
STEP 6
Place back into the freezer or fridge to firm up for 30mins to hour.
