





Tiramisu Magnums
Tiramisu never misses… especially when it’s gut-friendly!

Ingredients
Filling
350g Bio&Me Vanilla Kefir Yoghurt
1 ripe banana
100g peanut or mixed nut butter
4 soft stoned medjool dates
Single or double shot espresso
Pinch of sea salt
To Coat
Bio&Me Granola to sprinkle
300g 70% dark chocolate
Coffee beans
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil

STEP 1
In a blender add all the filling ingredients and blend until smooth.
STEP 2
Now divide the filling into each mould and place in the freezer to freeze.
STEP 3
When they are frozen you can melt the chocolate and oil together in a small bowl over a a pan of just simmering water. Pour the chocolate into a tall container that the lollies will fit into when dipped.
STEP 4
Remove each lolly from its mould dip into the chocolate and then sprinkle over some granola and coffee beans. Alternatively dip into granola first then the chocolate.
STEP 5
Place on a lined baking tray and place them back into the freezer.
