Black Forest Baked Oats

Ingredients
Serves 4 can easily be halved or quartered
Dry
2 cups Bio & Me Seeds and Plenty Porridge
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch sea salt
2 tbs flaked almonds
Wet
1 cup plant milk of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 mashed bananas
1 cup frozen black forest berry mix or a combination of blackberries, cherries, blackcurrants, blueberries or raspberries.
To Serve
A small jug of warm plant milk of choice (optional)

- Pre Heat the oven to 170°C Fan.
- In a medium baking dish add all the wet ingredients, except the berries and mix well, add in the dry ingredients except the flaked almond and stir well to combine.
- Add ¾ of the berries and gentle stir into the oat mixture, top with the remaining berries and the flaked almonds. Place in the pre heated oven for approx. 30 minutes, or until the berries have burst and bubbling and the top is lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and serve with a little jug of warmed milk, or plant-based yogurt.
