Mango Sticky Oatmeal
Oats:
1 cup Super Seedy & Nutty Oats & Plenty
1 cup water
1/3 cup coconut milk
Coconut sauce:
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp corn starch
Toppings:
Mango
Chia seeds

Serves: 1-2 Prep: 5 minutes | Cook: 4 mins
Ingredients
Method
STEP 1
Mix the oats, coconut milk and water in a pan and cook until very thick for approx. 3 mins.
STEP 2
For the sauce, gently warm the coconut milk and corn starch in a small pan.
STEP 3
Put the thick oats into a small round bowl to shape and turn out into a bigger bowl upside down.
STEP 4
Top with coconut sauce, chia seeds and mango - enjoy!
