Ingredients
1 Banana
4 Dates
1/2 pot Bio&Me Kefir Yoghurt
Desiccated Coconut
Drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

STEP 1
Heat a pan on medium heat with a drizzle of EVOO and add in your sliced banana and dates. Pan fry on each side until golden with a slight outer crisp.
STEP 2
Prepare you Kefir yoghurt bowl and place the pan fried banana and date on top.
STEP 3
Top with desiccated coconut and some Bio&Me granola for extra crunch and plant diversity. Drizzle with EVOO, or honey if you prefer.
