The very best porridge
Ive been eating Bio & Me super seedy and nutty porridge for quite a while, why, because its super tasty.
Most porridge is bland but this one hits the spot everytime.
When our local tesco stopped stocking it, i found i can order it on line, which i now do.
Top tip add a few blueberries to it, the perfect, tasty, healthy start to the day

Breakfast of champions!
The best start to every day!
I make up a few bowls at a time, with plant milk (just my preference) let them soak and have them cold every day. I know this isn’t how they’re designed to be eaten, but that’s how I like mine.
Tasty bits, chewy bits, bitey bits, I love them all! I buy in bulk cos I never want to run out! I look forward to them every day and they easily get me through to lunch. Sometimes topped with juicy blubes, a simple banana, or by themselves - there’s no going wrong! They don’t feel heavy in my tummy.
I interchange between the two flavours, the only thing I would ever change these up with would be bio & me granola - any flavour variety, but only if I had to! These are defo my go -to brekkie :)
