Chia Seed Pudding
Serves: 1-2 Prep: 5 minutes | Cook: 10 mins
- 90g Chia Seeds
- 100ml Almond Milk
- ½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
- Combine the chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Cover the bowl and place in the fridge to set for 1 hour
- To serve layer the chia seed pudding and Bio&Me Original yoghurt alternating layers in a glass jar.
- Then top with fresh blueberries, slices of banana and Bio&Me Super, Seedy and Nutty granola.
