CHOCOLATE & AVOCADO PUDDINGS

Ingredients
- 2 Avocados (medium size)
- 200g Medjool Dates (approx 10)
- 60g Cacao Powder (or cocoa powder)
- 100ml Almond Milk
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
To Serve:
- Natural Yoghurt - Live (or plant based yoghurt)
- Dark Chocolate (finely chopped)
- Fresh Raspberries
- Bio&Me Super Berry Granola
Method
- First pit the dates and soak them in hot water for 10 minutes if they are hard.
- Peel and remove the stone from the avocado.
- Put the dates, avocado, cacao powder, almond milk, and vanilla extract into a food processor and blitz until all combined.
- Set in the fridge for 2 hours.
- To serve top with natural yoghurt, fresh raspberries, dark chocolate and Bio&Me Super Berry granola.
