Kefir Egg Salad Wraps
Give this gut-loving, protein-packed recipe a try and level up your lunch-time eggs this week.

Serves: 1-2 Prep: 5 minutes | Cook: 10 mins
Ingredients
3 eggs boiled for 8 mins
2 heaped tbs Bio&Me Kefir Original
1 tsp white miso paste
1 tsp sesame oil
1 celery stick thinly sliced
2 spring onions thinly sliced
½ tsp sea salt
Good grind of black pepper

Kimchi of choice
Black or white sesame seeds
Coriander leaves
Wholemeal wraps - we used Crosta Mollica!
Method
STEP 1
Smash the boiled eggs with the back of a spoon in a bowl.
STEP 2
Add in the remaining ingredients and fold together until fully combined.
STEP 3
Divide between 2 warm wraps and top with kimchi, sesame seeds and coriander leaves.
