





Gut-Loving Rice Crispy Squares
These Rice Crispy Squares are a tasty, simple and gut friendly snack, offering a healthier twist on a classic treat.

Ingredients
1 box of Bio&Me Multigrain Puffs
¼ cup nut butter of choice
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
200g 70%+ dark chocolate
To top
Freeze dried berries (or even sprinkle on our berry puffs!)
Mixed seeds
Chopped nuts

STEP 1
In a small metal bowl add the dark chocolate, nut butter and olive oil. Place over a gently simmering pan of water and melt. Stir to combine, remove from the heat, and allow to cool a little.
STEP 2
In a medium bowl add the multigrain puffs, pour in ¾ of the melted chocolate mix and stir fully to ensure all the puffs are coated.
STEP 3
Pour the crispy mix into a lined baking dish, push down with the back of a spoon to compact.
STEP 4
Top with remaining dark chocolate mix and sprinkle with toppings of choice. Chill in the fridge or freezer to set, before cutting into squares (or any shape you fancy!)
STEP 5
Store in an airtight container. Will keep well for about a week.
