Mango & Coconut Kefir Clusters

Serves: 12 Prep: 20 minutes | Cook: 60 mins

Ingredients

1 tub Bio&Me Mango Kefir Yoghurt

150g Bio&Me Cashew & Almond Granola

50g toasted coconut flakes

1 medium mango diced

1 lime zest

Method

STEP 1

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients gently, until everything is nicely coated in Kefir


STEP 2

Line a large baking tray with parchment and dollop clusters of the mix onto it. 12 good size dollops or if feeding little people, make smaller mounds

 

STEP 3

Once frozen you can decide to top with a little drizzle of dark chocolate as a treat. Just melt the chocolate and oil in a bowl over a pan of gently simmering water

 

STEP 4

Remove the frozen clusters from the freezer and drizzle over before popping back to freeze over. Once frozen these can be store in a freezer bag or containers for up to 3 months!
