Gut Boosting Loaded Dates
These loaded dates are a tasty, simple and gut friendly snack that you'll be tucking into in 30 mins or less!

12 Medjool dates with stones removed
12 tbs Bio&Me Vanilla Kefir Yoghurt
12 tsp nut butter
100g 70% dark chocolate
Bio&Me Berry Burst Gluten Free Granola

STEP 1
Open up the dates and lay out on a baking tray, cover with a second layer of parchment and using a plate or glass, flatten out the dates.
STEP 2
Top each date with a tbs of kefir, followed by a tsp of nut butter. Place in the freezer to set for about 20-30mins.
STEP 3
Meanwhile melt the chocolate in a small metal bowl over a small pan of simmering water. Be sure the bowl and water do not touch.
STEP 4
Once the dates have set, top with a 1-2tsp of dark chocolate, do three at a time before sprinkling the three with a little granola, and repeat. The chocolate sets quick, so best to do in small batches!
STEP 5
Place back in the freezer to set fully.
