Apple & Cinnamon Doughnuts

Serves: Prep: 10 minutes | Cook:

Ingredients

2 apples of choice

200g dark chocolate

½ cup Bio&Me Low Sugar Naturally Granola

1 tsp ground cinnamon

Method

STEP 1

Cut each apple into approx. 3 thick rounds, using an apple corer to remove the core and make a ring. Sprinkle each donut with a little cinnamon.

 

STEP 2

Meanwhile melt the chocolate in a small metal bowl over a small pan of just simmering water. Be sure the bowl and water do not touch.

 

STEP 3

Dip each ring into melted chocolate and place on a lined baking tray.

 

STEP 4

Top with a good sprinkle of granola and a drizzle of nut butter. Place in the freezer to set firm.
