- 100g Wholemeal Flour
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 100ml Water
- 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 60g Super Seedy & Nutty Granola
- Salt (pinch)
Method
Granola Crackers
- Preheat the oven at 180 Degrees C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a mixing bowl combine the wholemeal flour, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, and salt together.
- Add the water to the mixture and stir to form a paste.
- Then stir through the olive oil until combined.
- Spoon the batter onto baking paper. Using a pastry brush, spread the mixture very thinly over the baking paper, try and create an even layer.
- Sprinkle with Bio&Me Super Seedy & Nutty Granola.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the crackers are golden brown.
- Leave to cool for a few minutes. Then break into pieces.
- Serve with homemade hummus and harissa dips and enjoy
