I am very impressed with both these books, together with the Eat Yourself Health book by Megan. Having had gut issues for several years now, I have never really understood what my gut was telling me, but with the help of all these books, I am beginning to get the picture. I do believe now that understanding your gut is vital for its health. There is not a "one size fits all" solution, it needs working at to get full benefit and I believe my body deserves me taking time to do this.
